You can become a member.
As a member,

You
will be kept informed through our quarterly newsletter
about provincial issues and important Canadian issues.

You
will be able to vote at our meetings and through letter
ballots.

You
will be able to run for office in a Riding Association or
in the Provincial Executive.

It
is one of the requirements if you want to run as a
candidate for the Family Coalition Party in Provincial
Elections.
Membership
cost:
General: $10.00
Family: $20.00 (Includes children and/or parents)
If
your cheque has one signature only, we must issue the receipt
in the name of the person who signed the cheque, although it
may be used by either husband or wife.
If your cheque is out of a joint account, you can have both of
your signatures on the cheque, and below your signatures you
can write a percentage (e.g.:"50% each"). That
allows us to issue two individual tax credit receipts. In some
cases, this may be an advantage when it comes to filing your
income tax return next
year.
B)
You can donate to the
Family Coalition Party.
Your
political contributions are deductible from Ontario income tax
payable. They are refundable, that is
at tax time you will get back a refund even if you
have no Ontario tax payable.
For
example, with a contribution of $300, you will receive a
refund of $225.00 (see table below)

of the first $336
50% of the amount over $336 up to $1,120
33.33% of the amount exceeding $1,120
For
example,
a donation of $1000 will cost you only $416;
a donation of $500 will cost you only $166;
a donation of $340 will cost you only $86;
a donation of $200 will cost you only $50;
a donation of $100 will cost you only $25.
The
maximum contribution to the Party is: $8,400
The maximum allowable credit is: $1,120
The
maximum contribution to a Riding Association is: $1,120
(You can contribute this maximum amount up to 5
Constituency associations, for a total of $5,600)
Even when the total tax credit exceeds
the Ontario tax payable, the amount is REFUNDABLE!
